1. All the games give me an file not found error when I try to download them. If you get a file not found error when you try to download a game, click HERE to go to our download page. 

Games.  Check the list of normal problems below.  If you have a specific problem with a game it may have already been addressed in a program patch.  Click HERE to get the latest patch utility to fix all of our games.

1. Game won't start because it is asking for 16 bit color mode.   All our games require at least 16 bit color mode. To change this go to the control panel and double click on Display (or right click on the desktop and select properties).  In the display properties select the settings tab.  Then go to the Color selector and change your desktop to 16 bit (high color) mode.  You may also want to make sure that you have set your desktop to at least 800x600 resolution. ;

2. The whole game doesn't fit on the screen.   If the game is cut off then you are running 640x480 resolution.  All our games require at least 800x600 resolution on the desktop.  See above for changing color mode and screen size. 

3. Game won't start because it is asking for DX7.0a or higher.  All our games require Microsoft's DirectX 7.0a or higher.  If you don't have DX7 you will get an error dialog.  If you don't have DX7 you can download it HERE.

4. My cursor is flickering making it difficult to play.  Most of the time this is video drivers.  Please contact your video card manufacturer for upgraded video drivers.

Getting keys...

1. When I click the "Get Key" button it doesn't do anything.  Your browser is not automatically opening an HTML page.  You need to either reset your browser defaults or define Netscape or Internet Explorer to open the HTML file extension.

2. I paid for a game but when I try to get the key it says it is invalid. Most likely you entered your email address incorrectly during checkout or our server is a little slow.  If you didn't receive an Order Confirmation email then contact us and we will fix it for you.
